Dear Bill,

I recently purchased and took delivery of a 4000 Tiara Sovran. I couldn't begin to list all the plusses attached to the boat, but I will add that an awful lot of thought was put into this vessel and the end product is proof.

A team is rquired to make Tiara the Yacht of Choice. I hope you know what a great team that you have in the staff at Sandy Hook Yacht Sales.

* Bill Bergin met me at the front door with a smile and just enough information to get my attention.

* Brenda and Sheri in your office handled the questions, paperwork and my endless questions with humor full professionalism.

* Brian Morse explained to a novice like me the reasons to choose Tiara. He let me make the choice and guided me through the process of trading my 35' Chapparal for the Sovran 4000 and the process was fair and straightforward. Brian made some difficult telephone calls regarding the delivery schedule that were honest and timely.

* Ed Mahon assisted me with outfitting the boat and helped to reconfigure my shorepower hookup. He ordered the required equipment and made the installation "Idiot Proof".

*Kevin Gallina took the time to make me comfortable enough to take possession of the boat. All of the information that had to be covered in our first session was presented in a professional and informative manner. Kevin made a nervous experience something that was easy going, informative and enjoyable. He has a very special gift as a teacher and in the middle of all this, we found time to have a laugh.

Just to sum things up...Tiara has made a vessel like no other. I couldn't think of any area where improvements can be made. The engine system, I'm sure will be the talk of the industry. Anytime boldness teams up with ingenuity, good things happen.

Again - Well done.

Sincerely,

George Coyne

Bill,

Just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks for your personal assistance and that of your team.

Ed Mahon and Brenda Reamy were especially helpful with all the parts - ready and awaiting. Ed also gave us some great contact info and recommendations for a Plan B for our passage. We wound up going into Atlantic City as the sea conditions slowed our progress considerably. We overnighted at the fuel dock at the Trump Marina, it was closed when we got in. Ed gave us contact numbers and sage advice...much appreciated.

Sorry to miss Brian. His follow thru with Rick Casali and direct to me made this delivery a great success.

We made it from Atlantic City to my home on the Patuxent River on Friday, after a brief fuel stop at Cape May. Delaware Bay was a Mill Pond and we had a following tide of a couple knots.

Mary and I absolutely love the Back Cove 29 - a real head turner...we note that even the sailboat crews wave first!!

Sincere appreciation,

Walt Schrecker

To Whom it may concern:

Sandy Hook Yacht Sales has been "in our family" nearly from their founding. As of this year, we have purchased 8 new and used boats, both power and sail from our friends at Sandy Hook Yachts. We have become friends because, as you would expect from family, we have always been treated fairly, allowed to make our decisions in "our" time frame with advice that clearly reflects how we intend to use the boat.

Over these many years we have become acquainted with not only the principals of the business but also everyone else down to the office and yard staff. They are truly a great team of great people who have been successful by being those honest "nice guys" who are supposed to finish last.

As always, this year's purchase, a Sabre 34 Express will, of course, be the "last boat". Assuming the true adage "never say never", I am sure we will do business again. In the meantime, we speak regularly; talk of our cruises and families and always stop in to say hi when in the area.

Sincerely,

Bob and Ginny Minarchi
